What is A-STAY’s cancellation policy?

Amend or cancel your booking

Plans change, we get it. You can amend or cancel your booking in line with the rate you selected when reserving your stay. Just contact us by email at [email protected] or call us at +32 460 25 09 57. Our team will be happy to assist you within 24 hours.

Refundable Rate
If you’ve chosen a refundable rate, you can amend or cancel your booking free of charge until 2PM (local time) on the day of arrival. After this time, the full stay will be charged unless otherwise stated in your rate details.

Non-Refundable Rate
If your booking is on a non-refundable rate, it is fully prepaid and cannot be amended or cancelled free of charge.
